Description: Provide overall management of all projects and personnel, as well as PRT team support in their geographic location in support of the District. Works directly for the Chief of Construction, working as a team to manage the missions and personnel within their area of responsibility. Work through the Resident Engineers to properly manage the projects and personnel assigned to them. Has oversight of RE negotiations and settlement of contract modifications.
